Customer Service Representative

Job description

Starting at $15-$18 per hour with opportunity to earn more

Job Type: Full-time

Role would report to the Office Manager.

Role would be, but not limited to the following:

· Work as a member of the Service Department to successfully meet the needs of our customers’ HVAC requirements. This would require the CSR to work with all departments so as to maintain our current customers’ trust and business while assisting in our future growth.

The Customer Service Assistants responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following:

· Answer multiline phone system, schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians

· Make outgoing phone calls for maintenance/service scheduling

· Sell and renew maintenance agreements

· Clerical duties

· Efficiently collect customer information for data entry

· Process inner office material in a timely manner
